Today I rode segments of the Legacy Parkway and Denver & Rio Grande Western trails as part of the annual Golden Spoke Ride hosted by Move Utah.
In 2020, I rode all of the trails during the month of August. Last year the event was individualized, so this was my first year to participate in the formal ride – and Sunshine joined me. We passed through the rest stop in Farmington Regional Park and found the staff friendly, the Gatorade perfect, and the treats delicious. Other thoughtful services included sunscreen and vouchers for the Front Runner.
Next year, I think I want to ride the entire thing in one day, from Ogden to Provo!
